Big Thank’s to Bridgwater College
For their kind donation of £68 for the school talks!
For their kind donation of £68 for the school talks!
Somewhere House Somerset have now launched our £1 a month campaign.
We are currently funded solely by the fundraising we do and without the said of those who have supported us, we cannot help those who are in need within our community. The aim of the campaign is to encourage people to donate monthly, anything you can afford from just £1 a month up as far as you wish to go!
Every £1 makes a huge difference and by setting up a monthly direct debit/standing order donation you won’t even notice it’s gone!
So…. how much will you donate? £1, £3, £5, £10 – it really is up to you, what else would you do with that money? Buy a chocolate bar? Loose it down the back of the sofa? Why not help a great charity instead.
Just send an email to info@somewherehousesomerset.org and we’ll give you the details, you can set up the payment yourself – no pushy campaigners asking for your bank details on the street, just a donation of your choice!
Oh and please pass it on! Tell your friends about us – the more people who donate, the more we can help!
We would like to say a big thank you to Richard, Ellen, Fabian and Emma for the great work they have done at Bridgwater College, on behalf of the charity.
Somewhere House Somerset was invited along to the college to run two of our educational workshops. The feedback has been great and it is always a pleasure to share what we do.
Counsellors at Somewhere House Somerset saw an amazing 40 clients for therapy in March 2014.
In addition we have met with 30 students for educational talks.
Thank you to all of those who support the charity and in turn fund such fantastic work within the community.
